Provider Approval First
Your prescription ships after a provider approves it and the pharmacy compounds your preparation. No medication is dispensed without a valid prescription.
Pharmacy Dispensing
Approved prescriptions are dispensed by a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy and shipped under the patient's name. Pharmacy processing times vary based on provider approval, prescription details, pharmacy queue, and required quality checks.
Cold-Chain Handling
Temperature-sensitive prescriptions may ship cold-packed with handling controls. Follow the pharmacy's package instructions when your medication arrives.
Where We Ship
Availability depends on provider licensure, pharmacy capability, and applicable state laws. We do not ship internationally unless a specific compliant pathway is approved and supported.
Delivery Controls
Signature, age verification, or other delivery controls may apply. Make sure your shipping address is accurate before the pharmacy dispenses your prescription.
