Terms & Conditions
Effective: May 12, 2026Welcome to BioXtrength. By visiting or using our site at https://bioxtrength.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms reflect a prescription compounded therapy model.
Effective Date: June 5, 2026
1. Who Can Use This Service
You must be at least 18 years old, complete a medical intake, and receive a valid prescription before any medication can be dispensed. BioXtrength is not a pharmacy and is not a medical provider. BioXtrength connects patients with licensed healthcare providers and licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies.
No provider-patient relationship exists until a licensed provider accepts your consultation. A prescription is not guaranteed.
2. Prescription-Only Use
Products are dispensed only pursuant to a valid prescription and must be used under the direction of a licensed healthcare provider. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety or effectiveness before dispensing.
Information on this site is educational only and is not medical advice. BioXtrength does not promise outcomes, diagnose conditions, or guarantee that any therapy is appropriate for you.
3. Telehealth Consent
By starting an intake, you consent to telehealth review by a licensed provider, electronic communications, and sharing relevant intake information with the provider and dispensing pharmacy. Telehealth is not for emergencies. For medical emergencies, call 911.
4. Your Data
We collect information needed to operate the service, including contact details, shipping information, intake answers, provider communications, and pharmacy-related fulfillment information. Health-related information may be protected health information and is handled using HIPAA-aligned safeguards.
We may share information with the treating provider, telehealth platform, dispensing pharmacy, payment processor, and shipping partners as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
5. Payment
Payment methods are processed securely through third-party processors. Pricing may be shown after provider evaluation depending on the treatment pathway and pharmacy requirements. By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorized to use that payment method.
6. Cancellations
Requests may be cancelled before provider approval or pharmacy dispensing, subject to platform and pharmacy rules. Once a prescription medication has been dispensed or shipped, it generally cannot be cancelled, returned, or resold.
7. Shipping
Approved prescriptions are dispensed by a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy and shipped under the patient's name. Temperature-sensitive medications may ship cold-packed. Signature, age verification, or additional delivery controls may apply.
8. Returns & Refunds
Dispensed prescription medications cannot be returned or resold for patient-safety and legal reasons. If there is a pharmacy, fulfillment, or shipping error, contact support promptly so the appropriate provider, pharmacy, or carrier process can be followed.
9. Assumption of Risk
You understand that compounded medications are prepared for individual patients and are not FDA-approved. You agree to discuss risks, benefits, alternatives, side effects, and follow-up with your licensed provider before using any prescribed medication.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, BioXtrength is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the site, intake flow, educational content, or related services.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BioXtrength and its team from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, inaccurate intake information, or misuse of prescribed medication.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes go live when posted. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
