Welcome to BioXtrength. By visiting or purchasing from our site at https://bioxtrength.com, you're agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. Read them carefully; they exist to protect both of us.

1. Who Can Buy

BioXtrength sells exclusively to verified research institutions and qualified professionals. By placing an order, you're confirming you're authorized to conduct legitimate scientific research and are not purchasing for personal use or resale.

You must be 18 or older. We may ask for proof of age or institutional affiliation at any point. If you can't or won't provide it, we may cancel your order.

2. How These Products Can Be Used

All products are sold for research use only. No exceptions.

You are personally responsible for ensuring your purchase, storage, and use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. BioXtrength is not liable for any legal violations arising from misuse.

Products may not be used for clinical or diagnostic purposes, resold, rebranded, or redistributed outside of research applications. Misuse voids any warranty and may result in legal action.

3. Your Data

When you order, we collect your name, email, phone, and shipping address strictly to fulfill your order. We don't sell it. We don't misuse it. Third-party partners who touch your data (payment processors, carriers) are bound by confidentiality agreements.

We secure your information using industry-standard protocols. You acknowledge that no internet transmission is perfectly secure.

4. Payment

We accept credit cards and other methods displayed at checkout, all processed securely through a third-party processor. By submitting payment, you confirm you're authorized to use that payment method.

All prices are in USD. Any bank or card fees are your responsibility.

5. Order Cancellations

Once your payment is confirmed, your order is locked. We can't modify or cancel it after that point, so double-check before you click purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud or policy violations.

6. Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Orders go out within 24 hours of confirmed payment. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. Orders over $200 ship free.

We don't ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders.

7. Returns & Refunds

Because of the nature of our products, we have a strict no-returns, no-refunds policy.

The only exception: if we shipped you the wrong item by our mistake. In that case, it must be returned in its original, unopened, sealed condition. Opened items cannot be returned even if incorrectly shipped.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, BioXtrength is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of — or inability to use — our products, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BioXtrength and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses — including legal fees — arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our products.

10. Changes

We can update these Terms at any time. Changes go live when posted. Continued use of the site means you accept them.
